🌟 Employee Spotlight: Kat Green 🌟
We are proud to recognize Kat Green, Director of Rehabilitation at Carmel Hills!
Kat began her career at Carmel Hills in 2013 as a Physical Therapist Assistant and stepped into a leadership role in 2017 when she became Director of Rehabilitation. Her dedication and adaptability were celebrated in 2023 when she received our Embracing Change Award, recognizing her collaboration and engagement with new MDS procedures.
Kat’s inspiration to work in long-term care came from her grandmother, who instilled in her the value of helping others. Her favorite part of Carmel Hills is the strong teamwork among staff as they come together to serve residents with compassion and dedication.
Outside of work, Kat enjoys spending time with her two kids, especially camping and enjoying the outdoors.
Thank you, Kat, for your leadership, passion, and commitment to our residents and team! 💙

🐾❤️ Puppy Time at Carmel! 🐶🎉

Our residents had the best time cuddling and giving treats to our adorable furry friend today! There’s nothing quite like the joy and companionship that puppies bring. Watching everyone light up while holding him was truly heartwarming!
