💙 "Murph" is more than just a workout. It doesn't matter if you "RX" it, or modify it, or do it with a partner. It matters why we do it... to honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy, and all those who have lost their lives in the line of duty.
❤️ This workout is named after Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who was killed on June 28, 2005. He was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for his brave actions during the War in Afghanistan.

🇺🇸 This year, we have chosen to support Student Veterans of America - specifically the chapter at Western Oregon University. WOU SVA is dedicated to the academic integration and overall success of student-veterans, their families, and their supporters.
⭐️ Your support - through donations, raffle tickets, or participating in Murph - will go to WOU SVA to support their members and their mission.
