I had 0 visceral fat! I was swelling, getting wider, buying looser dresses. It's the hormone replacement therapy and my high omega-3, fish and vegetable diet! Visceral fat pushes on organs, making it hard to breathe. Huge problem!

Day 3 at A4M. Great lectures on hormones. Titrating estrogen dose to FSH reduction.
Workup and management of the MCAS patient and discussed new uses for GLP everything from pain management to even MCAS management.
In practice I’ve been identifying how stealth infections(lyme and others) which I find on blood exams lead to dental referral as the mouth causes a wide pattern of diseases anything from pain, MCAS, anxiety and neurological problems. Lecture from a dentist’s slides attached. Cone CT scan of the mouth is the best imaging that can be done to find the stealth infection.
