When your body hurts you need a really good massage. Not a painful one that takes 2 days to recover from. Not one that feels like a waste of time. I've been giving really good, relaxing, therapeutic massages for 26 years. I use Positional release technique to get your tight muscles to easily relax ....I never cause pain. I just shorten the tight muscles and the tightness melts away. Sciatica is my specialty. I can usually relieve that in one visit. It's just a matter of aligning the body in a gentle way.
