We are sad to announce that Coach Faith will be leaving Ocean View Fitness. Her last day coaching will be Monday, September 29th.

We would not have bought the gym if Faith was not part of it. Many of you have been encouraged, inspired and smiled because of Faith. For many years she has been the soul of OVF.

With a new grand baby on the way and busy-ness of life, she felt it was time to step away.

We will miss her at OVF! ❤️

✨ EAT TO RECOVER, NOT JUST TO REFUEL ✨

Here’s how to eat smart after your workouts:
💪 Protein (20–30g): Repairs muscle tissue and supports lean muscle growth
