✨Beyond Network Spinal chiropractic and Red Light Therapy, there is so much happening at Connected Spine.
Wednesday is lunchtime yoga with Shelley. Thursday evening is a fantastic double header with a somatic breath work workshop followed by a healing sound and energy bath. November 10 is an RSVP happy healthy hour at Tide and Tonic with a focus on established clients bringing a friend, family member, neighbor, or coworker to learn about all the amazing healing modalities at Connected Spine and hopefully encouraging them to become a part of the magic✨
