See You at Melbourne Beach Founder’s Day this Saturday, May 2nd! 💥Schedule of Events below to plan your day👇

Representatives from our FYZICAL Brevard Beaches team will be out in the community this weekend for Melbourne Beach Founder’s Day!
This is one of our favorite traditions, and staff from both of our clinics will be there to celebrate!

🍿 We’ll be handing out treats from 321 Popcorn, known for their yummy creativity! We picked out some special flavors this year—see which special flavors made the cut!

Whether you are a former patient we haven’t seen in a while, or you’ve been curious about how physical therapy can help you get back to your best, we would love for you to stop by.

👋 Come say hi, catch us up on how you’re doing, and learn more about the balance and wellness services we provide.

Details:

🔵 When: Saturday, May 2nd - FYZICAL booth from 8am to 5pm.

🔵 Where: Ryckman Park, Mel Beach

🔵 It’s going to be a fantastic day featuring local vendors, food trucks, and a beverage bar. It is the perfect opportunity for us to connect with our neighbors and meet those who may not be familiar with our practice yet!

Parking & Logistics

To make your visit as smooth as possible, a free shuttle service will run from 6:00 am – 6:00 pm between Ryckman Park and the following parking locations:
-Rock Harbor Church (1805 Oak St)
-St. Sebastian’s Church (2010 Oak St)
-Ocean Park (East end of Ocean Ave)

At FYZICAL Brevard Beaches, however you take your tea, we approve (well maybe not with 6 sugars...). ⁣
⁣
Tea is pretty healthy! Black and green tea are good for your heart, because they can reduce bad cholesterol and improve blood flow. Tea also contains antioxidants and vitamins which strengthen the immune system. The main reason we love tea though, is that it's like receiving a hug in a mug!

Yes you can! They say gardening adds years to your life and life to your years, so as it's Gardening Day today really dig the opportunity to get out in nature, clear the head and get moving! At Fyzical Brevard Beaches, we think gardening is great exercise and brilliant stress-relief. You can make it as gentle or strenuous as you like. Just make sure that if you're going in for a power-gardening session, you warm up and stretch as you would for any exercise, stay hydrated and take regular breaks. If you are having any pain while gardening, or trouble getting up from working on the ground, give us a call!
