🍯 Oh Bother! Look Who Checked Into PT! 🎃
The incredible staff at our clinics in Indialantic & Melbourne Beach celebrated an early Halloween and transformed into Winnie the Pooh and all the woodland friends—and wouldn't you know it, even storybook characters need physical therapy! 🤣

Did you know you don't need a huge block of time to move your body? The best part about micro-workouts is that they're practical and easy to fit into your daily life! ✨You can absolutely fit in a little bit of activity throughout your busy day and still reap the benefits! 💪

We love how practical and easy it is to pick a few small things to complete in a short time, like:

-Squats while waiting for coffee to brew ☕
-Stair climbing instead of the elevator ⬆️
-Heel raises while brushing your teeth 🦷
-A few quick push-ups before a meeting 🧘

Being stuck in the same position for any length of time, whether it's behind a desk or due to a medical condition, is a sure recipe for bad posture and all the health problems that go hand in hand with a less-than-perfect posture. We're talking aches and pains in your back, hips, shoulders, neck, arms and more.😔😔 ⁣

It's a particular problem now that many of us work from home, sometimes from our sofa or dining table. The good news is that at FYZICAL Brevard Beaches we've been dealing with posture-related problems for years, and it's nothing that a assessment, some good advice and some easy exercises can't help with. ⁣
