Our board-certified doctors and practitioners will provide you with excellent care in our state of the art facility that performs X-rays, EKG's, lab work, treatment of the common cold/flu, and much more on site. Our goal is to have you in and out in less than an hour. Why wait in the Emergency Room? Emergency Rooms can be costly and time-consuming. Atlantis Urgent Care provides many of the same services as Emergency Rooms in a fast, convenient, professional environment. Also, you'll find Atlantis to be less expensive than Emergency Rooms. Our highly qualified staff will give you confidence and peace of mind in your time of need. We strive to exceed your expectations, providing timely service with a friendly smile. You can expect cutting-edge care, compassionate medical teams and the convenience you deserve. Open late seven days a week with after-hours care until 7 pm. (Sunday 10am-5pm) We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid, HMO's and Medicare. Whether you have minor emergencies, work-related injuries, or simply need a physical, Atlantis Urgent Care has you covered.

Save time at your next visit—pre-register online through our website. When you pre-register, our staff enters your information into our electronic medical record system and verifies your insurance before you arrive. All you'll need to do when you get here is show your ID and insurance card and sign our authorization form.

Just let the front desk know you pre-registered so you don't have to fill out duplicate forms. Please remember to bring your driver's license and health insurance cards.

We stop signing in patients 30 minutes prior to closing. If a minor is being brought in by someone other than a parent or legal guardian, the parent or legal guardian must complete a Consent To Treat Minor Children form along with the pre-registration form and bring a photo ID.
