Meet Ashton!
Ashton creates a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment for clients navigating anxiety disorders, life transitions, and self-exploration. He utilizes a client-centered approach incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered techniques while working with children, teens, and adults.
Ashton is currently pursuing his degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wingate University and will begin seeing clients June 1st. He will be offering sliding scale sessions.
