So as a Health & Hormone Coach I look for the best recipes that would serve my clients in the best way, so that they can start to feel like themselves again and not have all of the struggles that comes from having hormonal imbalances. As I was looking for Gluten Free options I was getting more and more frustrated because even thought I found a few that were ok, it wasn't what I was looking for so...... Guess what? I created my own! It is amazing!!!

This recipe is low in refined sugars and high in fiber, healthy fats, and essential vitamins and minerals that help regulate blood sugar, reduce inflammation, and support adrenal, thyroid, and reproductive health—all key to hormone balance.

1. 💖Difficulty Falling Asleep
- Struggling to fall asleep at night, despite feeling tired.

2. 💖Trouble Staying Asleep:
- Waking up frequently during the night or experiencing restless sleep.

3. 💖Feeling Groggy in the Morning:
- Feeling excessively tired or groggy when waking up, even after a full night's sleep.

4. 💖Daytime Sleepiness:
