ATTENTION

A message was sent out this morning to notify patients of a provider departure, but it contained incorrect information.

The call stated that Dr. Nettleton, Dr. Heasley, and Dr. Klain, along with Allison and Megan would also be leaving the practice — this is not correct.

Please note: Only Jennifer Goode will be leaving our office.
Effective July 1, 2026, she will be continuing her care at a different practice.

Our current providers remaining in the office:
• Dr. Klain
• Dr. Heasley
• Dr. Nettleton
• Allison Williams
• Megan Shugarts

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
