Optimal Heights Physical Therapy is making the safety for our patients and staff first priority. We are doing our part to minimize the impact of COVID-19.
We have reviewed our policies for cleaning and sanitizing high-traffic areas, patient rooms, waiting room, and therapy equipment. Our staff have always been attentive at cleaning and sanitizing surfaces. We have increased the frequency of sanitizing all surfaces and therapy equipment. Our linen and surfaces are always cleaned with Clorox and Healthcare grade cleaning agents, to help insure a safe environment.
We also ask everyone to please self-regulate if you suspect any illness. Symptoms can take time to grow, so please monitor yourself and contact you doctor for treatment care. Please stay home as advised and take care of yourself if you suspect that you are sick.
