What does the doctor do on a Monday off?

Simple…spend some quality time with my son. 🎬

Took advantage of the best deal in town—$5 movie and popcorn—and honestly, you can’t beat that. It’s the little things like this that matter most.

I just hope when he’s older, he remembers these small traditions as some of the best moments. ❤️

Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about health in the office—it’s about living it at home too.

Well… looks like traffic is officially BACK on Indian Springs Road 😅

So if you’re heading our way, give yourself a little extra time… because apparently communication out there is about as good as a spine with a few misalignments.

You’ve got people stopping, going, turning with no warning—basically the same chaos we see when your body isn’t communicating properly. One little issue turns into a whole traffic jam real quick.

Good news is… we can’t fix the road situation (we wish we could), but we can help get your body moving and communicating the way it’s supposed to.
