Our residents were back at it with another lively Co****le tournament, and the energy was absolutely contagious. Bright beanbags were flying, teammates were cheering, and the room was filled with that perfect mix of friendly competition, joyful movement, and spirited teamwork. It was the kind of afternoon that reminds you how fun staying active can be. The day was full of laughter, determination, and those triumphant high‑fives that make the whole place light up.

Our exercise crew is feelin’ it today, working out strong, steady, and determined, channeling that classic “brick house” energy. The room is full of laughs, music, and some seriously impressive moves. This group shows up, shows out, and proves that strength comes in all ages and stages.
