Spa Assistant

Location: Bella Spa
Pay: $13/hour to start
Schedule:
• 2–3 weekday evenings per week, 3:00/3:30 PM – 8:00 PM
• 2 Saturdays per month, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Spa Assistant to support daily operations and help create a clean, calm, and welcoming environment for our clients and providers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping others, and working behind the scenes in a spa setting.

Responsibilities
• Assist with light front desk/reception duties, including greeting clients and answering phones as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the spa (treatment rooms, common areas, restrooms)
• Manage laundry (towels, linens, robes) including washing, folding, and restocking
• Assist providers and clients as needed to support smooth appointment flow
• Help with restocking supplies and general upkeep of the facility
• Ensure a professional, calm, and client-focused environment at all times

Qualifications
• Dependable and punctual with consistent availability for required shifts
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Friendly, professional demeanor with clients and staff
• Ability to be on your feet and perform light physical tasks (laundry, cleaning, stocking)
