The staff at Beacon Ridge, A Choice Community, takes pride in its profession. “WE CARE” and we believe that our customers should experience excellent care and customer service. Everything we do is designed to make a difference in how our customers feel. Your satisfaction is important to us. It is our goal to provide you with the highest level of care, compassion and empathy. We are happy to serve you. Our Admissions Department can be reached by calling 724-349-5300. Tawnya LaMark Director of Admissions and Marketing, can schedule a tour of our facility, send you information, or answer any questions. Our Social Services Director is available to help residents and families with a variety of needs. Insurance/reimbursement counseling and billing assistance is also offered. Individual and family counseling can be provided. Discharge planning assures that the resident has a safe and prepared environment in which to return. Assistance can be given in scheduling follow-up appointments, in-home services and equipment. All of the Beacon Ridge departments work to provide you with a safe, secure, and clean environment. Maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry work quietly behind the scenes to ensure your satisfaction. Our Dietary Department provides delicious, nutritious meals in an inviting dining setting. We have trained staff to assist you with your dining needs.
