Hello ! I hope everyone had a beautiful Christmas. A new year is upon us, and Big things are coming for Evolutions Too a Hair Loss Boutique! It will be a year in February since the move to a larger salon. Its been a great endeavor, and it's leading to bigger & better things and services to offer in Hair Loss solutions. I Greatly appreciate everyones' patience at both salons. Hoping for more available hours for appointments, as well as some Walk-in hours by mid 2025. Time management had never been one of my strong points , especially trying to work at both salons, but this year I have high hopes to better serve present & future clients!! Good morning, I just needed to make one more post concerning my Aunts kitties. There are 4 of 7 remaining . My Aunt passed and as I prepared to get 3 of them to the vet to make sure they were ok to join my own cats, Ralphie tested positive for Feline leukemia. The dr recommemded I euthenize all 7. I did what they recommended for the 3 that were already there. I now have an appt to put the other 4 down on Thursday. Ive tried to learn as much as possible from fellow cat lovers about leukemia, and most agree , that although they may test negative now, its more risky than not, to keep with cats that have not been exposed. If anyone knows someone thats willing to bring these guys to live with their own cats, please let me know. It sounds like if they live with others that test + its safer?I would love to cancel this appt.
There are 3 males & 1 female all gray & white, 2 long hairs. All around 5 years , spayed & neutered. They are so scared as we clean the house out, its hard to get pictures of them. They are all indoor cats. I would also be willing to have them all updated with vaccinations. I dont think they have had anything since 2019 when I helped take care of them..Please let me know . Well, as u may know my Aunt passed away. Tammy had 7 cats. A few oldies, so I expected to have to bring them to my home, maybe find homes for the younger ones eventually. I took the 3 older ones to the vets to get checked over b4 they came home with me , only to find out the oldest was Feline Leukemia positive. I was advised that if all cats lived together, sharing food bowls , litter etc that it would be best to have all 7 put down. I really struggled but had those 3 put down while they were there. I am Devasted to say the least. Now next week I need to take the others . They are young , sturdy looking cats. Beautiful! I have 3 of my own so I cant keep them until they start to deteriorate. Does anyone know of anyone that takes in cats that are in this situation? I do trust my vet & the girls at the vets office , but I just feel like there should be another route .
