Behind every overdose reversed is someone who had what they needed, when they needed it.

Through our partnership with Prevention Point Pittsburgh and NEXT Harm Reduction, Pennsylvanians can request mail-to-home naloxone — a service that supported over 6,500 people with more than 22,000 naloxone doses and tens of thousands of test strips this past year.

Our partners also supported more than 100 organizations working to expand access to overdose-prevention supplies in their communities.

This is what saving lives looks like.

We are open Monday December 1st from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. It is 100% free. There are no insurance or income requirements. Just come in if you are sick or for a check up, or for any medical reason. Recovery and addiction can be complicated and isolating
But as we’ve learned time after time:
Recovery is heavy, but it becomes breathable when we stick together.

As people who have lived through the struggle of addiction and freedom of recovery we know how much it means to have a space where you’re met with understanding, not pity, not pressure, just real connection.

🌈 ✨Rainbow Road to Recovery: an LGBTQIA+ addiction recovery support group
every Monday, 2:30–3:30 PM — at Memorial Park until further notice.
A dedicated space for LGBTQIA+ adults navigating addiction recovery with care, affirmation, and community.

The group offers a space to be heard and uplifted with secular, restorative, community-centered support.
