We are seeking a Commercial Cleaner to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Responsibilities:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Organize custodial closets and spaces
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills

BSP is seeking a motivated professional cleaner as a subcontractor. Cleaners will perform all cleaning functions to ensure the job is done according to BSP's contractual standards. You will be required to wrk nightly for six (6) days a week all year round, closed only on major holidays. BSP offers opportunities for growth and development through gaining more contacts under the BSP umbrella. The average salary ranges between $60-$100/daily and the hours would just depend on how long it took you to clean any given account.
