My, oh my! I have been nominated and selected for the Emotional Wellness Award for the Center of Wellness for Urban Women (CWUW). This award achieves and promotes emotional wellness through the ability to manage one’s negative and positive feelings, cope with stress, and check limitations with assistance from friends and family.
CWUW focuses on 7 Dimensions of Wellness: Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, Environmental, Intellectual, Occupational, and Social as a foundation for programs and services created for women and their families.

For those that don’t know, Natasha has carved out a passionate niche in addressing and helping youth overcome maladaptive sexual behaviors and perpetrations. This area of focus, while challenging and not always appealing to many, demonstrates Natasha’s commitment to facilitating healing and healthier lives for all.
Beyond her professional achievements, Natasha is equally committed to her personal wellness. She finds joy and rejuvenation in bounce workouts, engaging in this physical activity on a weekly basis.
Currently, Natasha is expanding her expertise by focusing on a new niche: supporting women experiencing postpartum depression through perinatal care. This endeavor is yet another reflection of her commitment to addressing complex emotional and psychological challenges, further highlighting her versatility and dedication to making a difference in the lives of women at critical stages in their lives.
