Cons: 1 on 1 can be more expensive and client can start depending on the sessions alone instead of developing a thought process of their own. They become dependent on trainer sessions โœ…

Pros: it's more affordable than 1 on 1
Pros: it creates more accountability and you font have to have that s healed meeting. So it will build better habits.โœ…

Cons: you don't get the 1 on 1 personal touch and may take longer to develop the right form. โœ…

While there are definitely more benefits with nutriebt dense foods, you still have to be in a caloric deficit to " lose weight ". โœ…

If you can't find a balance with healthy foods and some cheat foods while still being in a caloric deficit, then you don't know nutrition. You will likely set yourself up for failure and go to a " fad diet " instead of actually learning nutrition. โœ…

For guys I usually recommend trying to put on muscle first before they cut so that they have something to work with when they tone the muscle. Generally you need to have a certain amount of body fat to put on muscle and grow. Sometimes you can put on lean muscle but it's a tedious process. โœ…

Get your nutrition right and then you can decide what type of training program you want to look a certain way. If you are wanting a more athletic build, HIIT is the way to go. Or train for body building. Or you can bulk and be like a bull๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿ˜€.

It won't be sustainable.
