🚨 Attention Indiana waiver providers, caregivers, and families 🚨

Please make sure you are checking in with and educating your clients regarding Indiana’s case management changes. Letters were mailed giving clients the opportunity to choose a case management company.

⚠️ Clients must make a selection by July 15, 2026.

Many clients are elderly, disabled, or may not fully understand the paperwork or deadline. While providers cannot tell clients which company to choose, it is very important to encourage them to make a choice to avoid any delays. Yes they are supposed to be automatically assigned to one if they do not choose by the deadline.

Please take time to call, explain, and support your clients through this process. ❤️
