Way to go! We are proud of all the hard work our clients have put in including qualifying time for Boston ⏰, improved half time by 6 minutes, deadlift without pain first time in years 🏋🏽ran faster 🏃‍♀️ than their goal time for the Mini, ran their first half marathon in 14 years. 🏁 we could go on, but you get the point…😉
