We are seeking an outgoing and skilled Certified Medical Assistant/LPN/RN to join our family owned holistic healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our medical providers and ensuring high-quality patient care. We are looking for a highly motivated and positive personality who has a passion for functional medicine and encouraging patients to look and feel their best!
Responsibilities:
-Room patients
-Take and record accurate vital signs
-Ensure the cleanliness and organization of examination rooms, storage rooms, and various other patient care areas.
-Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
-Assist with procedures.
-Perform laboratory tests via phlebotomy -Process and prepare labs in office and send out.
-Provide exceptional patient service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
-Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care.
-Administer injections as directed by providers.
-Prepare injections to dispense to patients
-Proper education on take home injections and test kits
-Address patient emails, phone calls and messages same day.
-Order office supplies.
-Proficient in EMR.
Requirements:
-Certification as a Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse from an accredited program
-Current CPR certified
-Proficient in phlebotomy
-Experience in medical office setting
-Excellent communication skills and dependability
-A compassionate approach to patient care
*Marketing background is a bonus.
*Familiarity with aesthetic treatments is a bonus.

Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8 am- 4 pm
Pay:
Hourly with incentivized bonuses
Range $15-22 (based off experience)
