I just stopped by my studio. MY STUDIO! ✨✨

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to share what I know about movement, pain management and longevity here. The space will be a one stop shop to help you STRETCH YOURSELF, to recharge your battery and to move with more ease throughout your life.

When I started Good Moves 3 years ago, my studio was “wherever my clients are.” I was doing mobile and onsite appointments EVERYWHERE, 14 classes a week and burning myself out before I could really get started.

I’ve learned a lot since then.

Sooooo super excited to offer this dedicated space to you to stretch yourself.

Helloooo!!! I’m on the road and unable to go live for tonight’s Midweek Reset. I posted a previously recorded session, and am inviting you to follow along with it tonight, allowing your body to move and melt into those sleep shapes just as you would if we were live.

Your lungs and hips and shoulders won’t know the difference, instead, they’ll just hear and feel your inhales, and hear and feel your exhaleshhhhhhhh….
