On Mother's Day morning and at exactly 40 weeks, Arya Rose made her grand debut! What a gift!

Labor and birth were filled with love and endless support and encouragement! Mom, Dad and baby girl are doing fantastic and were phenomenal throughout this process! I am still honored, delighted and beholden to be chosen to travel on this transitional journey. 💛🌻

Greylyn Nova transitioned earth-side this morning after 41 weeks of anticipation and 22 hours of labor!

I am extremely excited to introduce Jacanda, our Digital Marketing Coordinator!

Jacanda and I met during our Sophomore year of high school and have clicked ever since. She has experience working with small, minority owned businesses and even runs her own business as a makeup artist .

She's such a value add, not only to my team, but to the birthing world as a whole. She had a very traumatic birth while delivering her son Jeremiah. Jeremiah was born with cerebral palsy six years ago after complications during Jacanda's vaginal birth. If you're interested in learning more about him and his journey follow,

I just want to practice gratitude.

Today, I will be involved in my first speaking engagement around the importance of a doula and how it affects race and socioeconomic status. It's a closed session for IUPUI PA Students but I'm still truly humbled and grateful to be apart of this.

When I became a birth doula in 2019, I never knew it would blossom into these opportunities. Thank you to for thinking of me and being my partner in the media side of birthwork! ❤️
