Children's Resource Group CRG is a multi-specialty behavioral health practice serving children, adolescents, adults, and their families.

CRG strives to help our clients with learning, developmental, social, emotional, and/or behavioral challenges. Our professional group includes psychiatrists, psychologists, school psychologists, a licensed clinical social worker, psychiatric nurse practitioners and a postsecondary disability specialist. We provide an array of services that address the unique needs of our clients. This includes psychiatric services for medication management, psychological, neuropsychological, autism and educational evaluations, behavior management and psychotherapy, developmental screenings, therapy, strategy instruction, ADHD/Life coaching, postsecondary transition services, social skills groups, educational consulting, and workshops. Do you have concerns about your child’s social skills or ability to navigate social situations? CRG is currently offering social skills groups for youth ages 12-18.

The Achievers Group is held every other Friday from 3:00-4:00 pm for children ages 12-13. The focus of this group is to facilitate the development and use of social skills.

The Solutions Group is held on Thursdays from 5:00-6:00 pm for ages 14-15. The goal of this group is to build skills to better understand others and to learn why social skills are important for relationships.

The Challengers Group is typically held on Thursdays from 6:00- 7:00 pm for ages 16-18. This group targets social skills for the development of healthy interpersonal and pragmatic relationships. This group just needs a couple more participants to restart.

Registered Nurse

Children’s Resource Group (CRG), a multi-provider, multispecialty behavioral health practice located on the north side of Indianapolis, is looking to add a Registered Nurse to our growing team. Hours for this position are flexible and can range between 16-28 hours per week.

Candidate must exhibit good communication skills, be detail oriented, have the ability to work as a team with other nurses and medical providers, and be able to problem solve. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, triaging clinical calls, prescription refills, and insurance prior authorizations. 1 year of general nursing experience required, 1 year of nursing experience in a medical office setting preferred.

Children’s Resource Group (CRG), a multispecialty behavioral health practice located on the north side of Indianapolis, is looking for a part-time OR full-time Front Office Coordinator. Candidate must be detail oriented, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask and have the ability to work in a team environment. Essential duties include, but are not limited to, answering phones and scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, collecting payment, data entry and record maintenance. The individual will work collaboratively with other front office coordinators, nursing staff, billing team, and the administrative team. Previous medical office experience and a general understanding of HIPAA is a plus.
