Healing Through Birthday Parties & Family Love 💛

Even though it is CA Wallace 's birthday celebration 🎂🎊 she chose to share the gift of wellness with her family — inviting She Moves Forward, Inc. to lead a creative Grief Wellness Session filled with love, reflection, connection, and meaningful artwork. 🎨🖼❤️

What a beautiful reminder that healing can be shared — that both joy & grief can beautifully co-exist- and that love like this lives on through family, faith, and togetherness.💜

At She Moves Forward, Inc. , this is what we create — healing spaces for women to breathe, release, and begin again. 🌿

This is exactly what happened when we partnered with Coburn Place , an incredible organization committed to helping women survivors of domestic violence. They provide compassionate support and safe housing choices for survivors and their children — and we were honored to bring healing alongside them.

You see, grief isn’t only connected to the death of a loved one. Grief can also occur when we lose our sense of safety, identity, or belonging… yet healing becomes possible when we are surrounded by peace, community, and compassion. 💛

In this serene moment — walking through the woods, journaling, and releasing with other survivors — we witnessed what happens when women feel safe enough to exhale.

🌸 At She Moves Forward, we create spaces where women breathe, heal, and rise again.

But the truth is:

✨ Grief is a journey, not a timeline.
