Did you know that proper hand hygiene is one of the simplest and most effective ways to prevent illness and protect your loved ones—especially seniors and those with weakened immune systems?

We loved this educational article from the CDC on the importance of hand hygiene in healthcare settings:

It’s full of great tips on when and how to clean your hands — whether you’re a caregiver, patient, or family member. Remember:
