Chocolate often gets a bad reputation, but it’s actually less harmful to your teeth than sticky Valentine’s candies. 🍫 Gummies and caramels cling to teeth longer, while chocolate washes away more easily (especially dark chocolate!).

Dr. "Kit" Palanca-Beveridge DDS

Dr. "Kit" Palanca-Beveridge DDS

Dr."Kit" Palanca-Beveridge, a native of the Philippines, earned her B.S. Biology degree in 1989 at Purdue University. She graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1992, being the youngest in her class at the age of 22. She then completed several post-graduate training programs which enabled her to gain the knowledge and skills necessary for clinical excellence. First, she completed a sought after General Practice Residency program for Hospital Dentistry at the VA Medical Center in Ohio. She then pursued a Fellowship program in Geriatric Dentistry at Case Western Reserve University in Ohio. In addition, she completed Orthodontic training programs for general dentists by the American Orthodontic Society & United States Dental Institute. Dr."Kit" is committed to providing the best possible dental care to her patients and has been in private practice since 1994, more than 22 years.

Dr."Kit" and her husband Khris are extremely proud of their family's "Gift From God", their 13 year old daughter Karolina....aka "Kira". They also have a very spoiled dog named Kinder. Dr."Kit" enjoys various sports and outdoor activities especially volleyball, football (GO COLTS!), and biking. She is an avid reader and plays classical piano since she was 5 years old.
