As a medically complex parent & therapist who's worked with 100's of families, there are patterns that emerge during sessions & between all types of different families & dynamics.
No doubt parenting & caregiving is hard & complicated. We want our kids to be successful, to do better than we did, to be better than we are. It's probably part of the reason we chose this role.
Letting go of our expectations, seeing our child(ren) for who they are, & meeting them where they are is key to a healthy & open family dynamic.
The sooner we can embrace this, the sooner we can find happiness in our day to day lives, enjoying our child(ren) as they are & loving ourselves for who we are. ✨❤️

I'm baaaaack!!! 👏🌟
If you know me & have been here since the beginning, you know my life doesn't always make room for IG. What can I say?! I'm a private practice SLP & medical parent, so (all) my kids always come first!
But when I can, I will be here & it will be authentic & helpful! What more could you ask for?! 🥰
I appreciate every single one of you & am looking forward to sharing some big news about my practice verrry soon!!! Think: 2 amazing spaces in Indianapolis!!! 🥹🙊

Today was a beautiful day to TopGolf & fundraise for VIPS (Visually Impaired Preschool Services)!!!
VIPS provides early intervention services to children who are visually impaired across Indiana! We are fortunate their services were available to Tripp & they are constantly working hard to reach families who need access to resources & services!
I'm grateful my path led me to learn more about this amazing organization & I'm proud to serve families alongside them at their Family Resource Center!
It's an opportunity I am still pinching myself over & nothing makes me happier than helping kids access services they need to T H R I V E! ✨
Thank you to all who have supported me & my small business so I can do what I love! ❤️ The kiddos I serve & their families are just the best. 🥹
