Infant Safety Tip Tuesday 💙

If a baby is choking but you can still hear them coughing or crying — let them keep coughing. That strong cough is often the most effective way to clear the object on their own.

Only step in when the cough becomes silent, weak, or the baby can’t breathe — that’s when you begin the **5 back blows + 5 chest thrusts (the “5 and 5” technique).
