Indianapolis, IN Our love and belief in fermented and raw foods helped us launch this local start up. We brew herbal infused small batch kombucha and only use the highest quality fresh juices when flavoring our booch. Our Lacto-fermented Krauts and Kimchis are all small batch as well, fermented for 28 days + for maximum probiotic wealth. We have an evolving line up of foods for you to try and can't wait to meet you!! We believe that a healthy gut flora can lead us all to an overall better way of life!
