When people say hair holds odor… I be wondering where they think the odor is actually coming from

They’re not updating tracking until it’s basically out for delivery… which means I can’t reship or even open an investigation yet because on their end it looks like it was never received

I’m not far behind on orders at all… this is just a delay in their system
