If you're in therapy, working on self-healing, and could use a creative outlet for processing the work you do in sessions with your provider, I'm developing an often overlooked but really helpful way to get out of overthinking and reconnect with your inner child/inner self.

It's a simpler, softer way to support healing when the work just feels too much and leaves your want to avoid, or even dread, sessions.

Most of us are missing this one simple way to “get out of our head” and I’m going to be talking about it next week.
