For more than a century, Hooverwood has served the elderly with dignity & respect. At Hooverwood, we recognize each resident as a unique individual.

We care for the whole person in an energetic, active, and social environment. Our goal is to provide a home where residents can thrive. Hooverwood is a nonprofit nursing home located on the Max and Mae Simon Jewish Community Campus in northwest Indianapolis. Our home is Medicare and Medicaid certified, providing skilled nursing and medical services, rehabilitation, dementia care, and adult day services. We’ve created a home-like setting with private and semi-private rooms. Residents can enjoy amenities including a beauty shop, gift shop, courtyards, and chapel. Who brought the dogs in? We did! 🐕‍🦺🦮🐩

Residents and staff celebrated National Dog Day Tuesday with furry visitors, wagging tails, and by making peanut butter dog treat sandwiches for a local rescue. A paws-itively perfect day! 🐾🦴

The Indiana State Fair may be wrapping up, but the fun was just getting started at Hooverwood Living!

We brought the fairgrounds to our residents and staff with classic treats, festive games, and plenty of laughter. From pretzels and cotton candy to friendly competitions, it was the perfect way to savor a little summer magic right here at home. 🎡

We stirred up some serious fun yesterday with a Mac & Cheese Cook-Off at Hooverwood Living 🧀

Staff brought their best recipes, and residents and team members did the delicious job of taste-testing and voting 🍴The competition was tough, but the champion was Chelle Davis, General Manager for NexDine 🏆
