Who We Are
Here at Urban Meditation, we are a non-traditional meditation studio designed for the modern-day, fast-paced lifestyle.
THE STUDIO
So, what makes us different? At Urban Meditation, our studio is showcased with volcanic lava stone imported from Merapi volcano, which is often referred to as a sacred place of meditation. Volcanic rocks are organic material sourced straight from the earth’s core. When adding infrared heat to the volcanic rock it produces FAR infrared rays and negative ions.
Our heated antioxidant Lavarock floor will emit energy into your body making you feel at ease and happier at the end of your session. No need to change out of your work clothes. We have built an easy, soothing, comfortable environment for you to come and recharge or simply relax…and meditate.
