Passport Health is the largest provider of travel medical services and vaccinations in the United States. Our Northside Indianapolis office is looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and outgoing Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide these services to our clients. This position offers up to 24-30 hours a week. Position pays $32.00/Hr. (Sorry, no benefits).

In this concierge nursing position, the Nurse (RN or LPN) will provide patient consultations and interaction, and vaccination administration. Training will be provided. Passport Health - a north side Indianapolis medical practice is looking for a front desk staff member to schedule appointments, take phone calls, and assist with general office duties (making appointments, completing paperwork & insurance forms, making and printing receipts, etc.). The position is full-time (M-F, 8a-5p). Hourly pay rate is $18.00/per hour. There are no health benefits or PTO with this position.

Ideal staff member is a polished, great extroverted communicator, self-motivated, energetic, positive, helpful, and willing to learn. A problem solver and self-starter. (The meek, shy and introverted should not apply). Excellent computer skills a plus (particularly typing). Appropriate and professional appearance and knowledge of proper phone etiquette are a must. Individual should be polished with an understanding of a business and professional environment. Fast paced. Business casual attire. Smoking is not allowed on site or at the workplace and includes smoking odor of any kind. We are a doctors office and current staff members have allergies to cigarette smoke and no smoking odor is acceptable. Our office is close to College and 86th Street. Please keep in mind commute times to our office from the southside (45-60 minute drive) and probably won't be considered.
