HopeTank: Business, Administration & Finance Exploration! 💼✨

Our clients dove into this Purpose Project that blends creativity, branding, and real‑world business skills. They were step into the world of merch design creating custom THS/DMA apparel concepts and even drafting a life‑sized posterboard design!

From brainstorming brand‑aligned visuals to bringing their ideas to life, this hands‑on project gave our clients the chance to practice decision‑making, collaboration, and creative expression… all while producing something tangible they can be proud of.

🎉 Happy Golden Birthday, THS! 🎉 Today we celebrated turning 19 years old on the 19th with a Staff Development Day full of learning and party games!

Our team spent the day growing together through sessions on clinical decision making, our approach to skill acquisition, documentation, the new RBT requirements, crisis management, and ethics. And because THS knows how to balance education with fun, we also broke out classics like Pin the Mustache on the Grandpa, BFF bracelets, limbo, musical chairs, and Simon Says.

We wrapped up the celebration with a party featuring ABA’s finest talent, who always put on a show. ✨ Happy Birthday to The Hope Source! Here’s to 19 years of impact, growth, and community—cheers to many more ahead! 💚💜

Big News! 🎉
Dynamic Minds Academy has been selected by the Indiana Authorizer Committee to purchase Raymond Brandes School 65 from IPS under the $1 law!
This expansion brings our unique blend of naturalistic ABA therapy provided by The Hope Source and therapeutic education for K–12 students on the autism spectrum to the south side of Indianapolis.
We’re honored to serve more families and grateful to the Committee for their trust in our mission. 🧡💜

🌍 Exploring Culture Through Taste! 🌍

This month’s Purpose Project theme is Volunteering and Humanities, with a special focus on states, countries, and culture. This theme was brought to life by giving clients the chance to dive into global traditions through hands-on activities... and a delicious taste-testing experience!

We know food can sometimes be challenging for people with Autism. But when it’s presented without pressure and with purpose, trying new things becomes easier... especially when shared with others! 💜

✨ Huge shoutout to Chef Jordan and our amazing Specialists—Giauna, Adelle, and Anthony—for making the magic happen! We are so proud of our clients and techs for stepping out of their comfort zones and trying new things.
