In the past few weeks, we have celebrated some of our staff that are moving on to grad school and finishing school. We also had a team bonding event .indy to thank our amazing staff for all they do for our patients and our community. This involved splitting the team in half for some friendly competition. Today, we went to cheer on one of our own as Mason Durrett completed his first mini marathon! We are so thankful and proud of all of you and your amazing accomplishments!

October is National Physical Therapy month, to celebrate we had a spirit week here at Team Rehab! We cannot thank all of our AMAZING PT’s enough for the awesome work they do in making a difference each day for our patients, you guys rock!🤩

They grow up so fast! We are honored to congratulate two of our amazing rehab tech’s in getting accepted into the Indiana University Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. Please help us in congratulating Kelly Watson and Makenna Sunbury as they will begin to start school in the fall of 2023! We are all so proud of you both for this big accomplishment!

Happy Veterans Day! Thank you to all those that have served including our very own Francis Bisagni PT, DPT. He was in the Navy for 12 years including 3 tours to various parts of the world during Operation Enduring Freedom including Iraq and Afghanistan. We are honored to work alongside you everyday watching you do amazing things for our patients in the community! Thank you for your service in more ways than one!

Ismael came to us after an ACL tear while playing soccer during his senior year of high school. As you can imagine, he was pretty bummed about missing his senior season. He worked tirelessly every visit and is now back to running, cutting, jumping and very close to returning to competition recreationally since he is no longer in high school. He also turned his injury into a positive as he is enrolled at U Indy with plans to attend PT School.

Saturday we celebrated 2 of our rehab techs last week before Shushan and Caleb go onto OT and PT school respectively starting fall 2022. It’s not goodbye as they will transition to seasonal help and they will always be our colleagues. Best of luck to you both in beginning grad school!
