Congratulations Kim Brown, Business Office Manager, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.
Kim Brown joined our leadership team in March of 2024 as Business Office Manager. “She settled into her new position so quickly and seamlessly, it’s like she has been with us for years,” said Gary Griffin, Executive Director. “If something needs to be done, Kim jumps in and does it. She makes all of us better by being part of our team!”
Kim is originally from Bedford and moved to Indianapolis where she grew up and attended school. She worked in insurance for over 20 years, leaving to handle the clerical side of importing vehicles at Diversified Vehicles Services. She eventually stumbled across ASC, feeling the pull to work where she could make a difference in the lives of others.
“I get rewarded and inspired by my amazing residents! This has been my favorite job so far, and I am extremely blessed,” Kim said. When it comes to caring for residents, Kim never leaves until all work is done. “Compassion for our residents is in her DNA,” Griffin added.
Kim has two children and three grandchildren. She volunteers at her church and with the Indiana Department of Corrections’ Women’s Prison, helping host Bingo and monthly birthday parties! She loves to garden, take long drives in her convertible, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Kim says, “I believe family is where everything begins, so staying close to my family and knowing God is how my life has stayed grounded. I refuse to live life with any regrets.”
