❔️ Did you know taking three deep breaths is the first step in a discipline encounter? This simple exercise overrides the fight or flight response in your brain. 🧠
Check out these free cards to learn, teach, model, and encourage deep breathing. Make sure to practice with your child during a calm state, so that you can use them as a familiar resource to help your child override their fight or flight response too!
