As American Heart Month comes to a close, here’s your reminder: taking care of your heart doesn’t stop at awareness.

Heart scans and vascular screenings can help detect issues early, often before symptoms appear, giving you and your care team valuable insight into your heart health. Early detection can mean earlier treatment, better outcomes and greater peace of mind.

If you’re ready to take a proactive step for your heart, talk with your provider about whether a heart scan or vascular screening is right for you.

Because your heart works hard for you every day. ❤️

What you eat plays an important role in supporting your heart health.

Foods like fish, leafy greens, berries, nuts, whole grains and olive oil are often part of a heart-healthy meal plan. Incorporating a variety of these foods into your meals can help support overall heart health, one plate at a time.

This American Heart Month, small changes can make a big difference. ❤️

Joint pain can make everyday activities, like walking, exercising or even getting comfortable, more difficult than they should be. While occasional aches can happen, ongoing or worsening joint pain isn’t something you have to push through.

Talking with your doctor can help identify what’s causing your discomfort and what treatment options may help you move more comfortably. If joint pain is interfering with your daily life, connecting with a primary care doctor is an important first step.

Everyone deserves care built on trust. Studies show that when patients feel understood and respected, trust grows and outcomes improve.

As we celebrate Black History Month, we honor our Community Health Network caregivers who put patients first, build meaningful relationships, and deliver care with integrity, compassion, and excellence. Their work helps reduce disparities, strengthen trust, and advance equitable care for every life we touch.

We remain committed to fostering belonging within our teams and respecting the diverse perspectives and experiences that strengthen the communities we serve.

Our wonderful volunteers provided these adorable outfits for the occasion. Thanks so much to the parents for letting us share this sunshine with you.
