A new week is here, and Sundays are offering something a little different.
Every Sunday evening at 6:15pm we gather for Somatics. This is a practice of slowing down and listening closely to your own body. Through gentle, intentional movement and guided awareness, somatics supports nervous system regulation, releases stored tension, and builds a deeper sense of trust in your physical experience. Nothing is forced and nothing is performed. You move at your own pace, guided by sensation rather than shape.
This class is an invitation to come back into your body in a way that feels honest and supportive. It can help reduce stress, ease chronic tightness, improve mobility, and create more clarity between mind and body. Many students leave feeling grounded, spacious, and more at home within themselves.
If your week has been full, if your body feels like it has been holding a lot, or if you are simply curious about a softer way of moving, this class is here for you. Our role is to hold the space. You choose how you show up and what you tend to.
