👣Featuring clips from competition👣

Massage competitions are a strange idea to many. I wasn't feeling it at first. How can you judge something so personal, so subjective?

So, I tried it last year. I wasn't really prepared because I didn't know what to expect. I earned bronze in wellness and open (for my Eastern Freestyle). I wasn't planning to go back this year. I was really on the fence about it.

Then the Indiana championship added the barefoot category - which is newer. I wanted to represent my barefoot crew. We are less known and recognized by the public and even other massage therapists. I hope I made them proud. I went prepared and I brought home the gold. I will now compete in July at the AMC.

My goal is simple. Help barefoot become more recognized. Introduce massage therapists to different barefoot techniques. Make some new friends along the way. Maybe bring home a medal? 👣☺️

As many of you know. I’ve been preparing to compete in the Indiana Massage Championship. Well… this was the weekend. I prepared. I packed up what seemed like my entire room. And I put my whole heart into each category I competed in. I was exhausted, but I left zero regrets. I truly am proud of myself for the work that I showed (and for not falling off the table 😉). I love what I do and was grateful for this experience. I met some lovely people, had some great conversations, and shared in the nervousness of being judged. I’m humbled (and still a little in shock) to announce that I shined. I brought home gold in my categories and won the honor of overall. Thank you to everyone who wished me luck, helped me prepare, gave valuable feedback, and cheered me on. I’m heading to AMC (American Massage Championship)! 👣

As we start the month of February with snow on the ground and a prediction of 6 more weeks of winter, I hope you consider warming up on my table with this special promotion for the month of February:

I am offering a promotional price for a 60 minute appointment. Discounts are not something I offer regularly. This session is designed for me to practice a routine; it is not customized to any specific injuries/pain patterns, and I may require feedback.

What this means for you? An opportunity to test out my space, my touch, my approach at a reduced fee.

How to get this session? In the booking app, scroll down to "gift certificates, promos, specials", Look for "routine practice session". If you already have an appointment scheduled and would like to change to this option, please message me.

Note: This is only available in February - anything outside of the time will be changed to a regular session at the regular fee. These sessions are for my own routine practice in prep for competition, they will be catered to the routine I create and not customized for the person on the table.
