👀 Something big is happening at Indy House of Pilates…

In just a few days, we’ll be welcoming a new group of trainees into our Pilates Teacher Training Program.

But here’s the thing…

Enrollment closes this Friday.

This training gives participants the opportunity to earn the coveted title of 3rd Generation Pilates Instructor through the Indy School of Pilates—a distinction only available in our state through our program.

And we intentionally keep the training small, so once spots are filled, we can’t add more.

Some people join because they want to teach Pilates professionally.

Others join because they simply want to understand the method on a deeper level.

Either way, it’s always incredible to watch what happens over the course of the training.

Spring 2026 Pilates Teacher Training Starts in March!

🤔 We see your curiosity showing regarding becoming a Pilates Instructor! We also see some hesitancy behind those thoughts! It’s understandable that sometimes it can feel like it’s totally outside of your wheelhouse or just not something for someone like you!

💭 We had those same thoughts…me! It’s hard to believe some days the things I told myself and the things I ALLOWED myself to believe.(I know some of you who are die hard IHP family may never believe I doubted my ability to teach but it’s so true!) It took time but looking back at it I can now see how I was the one holding myself back with self limiting thinking. 🥴

Thoughts like this ran through my mind that kept me TRAPPED in an irrational based decision mode…trapped by the “WHAT IF’S”
