Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 11th Annual Community Hospital North NICU Reunion. It was a chance for former Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) babies and their loved ones to connect with our teams whose lives they touched. This year’s celebration, themed “Storytime with the NICU,” took place at Conner Prairie in Fishers. The event offered parents a chance to update their care teams on how their little ones are thriving. Caregivers were able to see, firsthand, the progress of children who began life under their watchful care. Check out the video with highlights from the event.

Congratulations to Raymond Heege, the most recent recipient of the PHIL Award at Community Health Network. Raymond is a Respiratory Therapist at Community Hospital North. PHIL is an acronym for Pulmonary Health and Illnesses of the Lungs. The PHIL Award is given to a respiratory therapist who has provided outstanding care and treatment to patients with pulmonary illnesses. Raymond was nominated by the parent of a baby he cared for our in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. His family joined in the surprise celebration.
