Working with Nebi one-on-one to develop her skills has been a genuine pleasure. It's refreshing to witness how she embraces all aspects of feedback with enthusiasm and adaptability. Whenever new goals are introduced, Nebi never hesitates to seek advice, implement the feedback, and tailor her approach to ensure it aligns perfectly with her clients' needs. Her ability to adapt while maintaining the integrity of her clients' programs is truly commendable.

Last Friday we celebrated our first in-service training day, and it was a huge success! We delved into key areas like skill acquisition, targeting verbal operants, and incorporating and conducting preference assessments. We even got hands-on with role play to ensure everyone is prepared and confident in their roles.

After thoroughly tackling our RBT Task List, we wrapped up the day with a fantastic team bonding trip to The Pickled Pedaler. 🚲It was the perfect way to unwind, connect, and strengthen our team spirit.

A big thank you to everyone who participated and made this day so productive and fun! Here's to many more days of learning, growing, and celebrating together.
