The end of summer means time to celebrate our incredible staff and physicinas at our Annual Employee Appreciation Outing. Thank you for braving the heat and joining us for an afternoon of baseball! The crew at Victory Field took great care of us and our littlest fans had a blast! ⚾️

Summer's here... and so are foot problems if you're not careful! 👣☀️As the heat rises, so does the need to make sure your feet are protected. Follow these tips to make sure your feet are safe against this heat wave!
🔥 Choose breathable materials in foot wear including sandals for breathability, but make sure the sandals provide adequate arch support and cushioning. Avoid walking barefoot.
🔥Apply sunscreen. While protecting your body from harmful UV rays, don't forget to sunscreen your feet! Be sure to apply to the tops of the feet, toes and ankles.
🔥Stay hydrated. Drinking plenty of water can help prevent foot swelling caused by heat exposure and improve circulation.
🔥Watch out for overheated surfaces. Pool decks and hot sand at the beach can seriously burn the bottoms of your feet. Make sure you have proper footwear before walking on these overheated surfaces to avoid burns.
