Miller's is proud to offer its employee-owners a Books & Tuition program where employees can go back to school to earn their degree. A great example of one of our Miller's employee-owners that used the Miller's Books & Tuition program is Charmaine Holtsclaw, RN, BSN, Clinical Service Nurse.
Miller's assisted Charmaine with obtaining her nursing degrees with the Miller's Books and Tuition program. She attended Ivy Tech for her LPN, received her associate degree from Excelsior College, and then her BSN from WGU. Charmaine has been a Miller's employee-owner for 24 years!

Barbi brings with her 30 years of experience in healthcare, including 13 years as a dedicated LPN. Her passion for caregiving, strong leadership, and commitment to excellence make her a perfect fit for our team.

Outside of work, Barbi enjoys life with her husband and their two wonderful boys. Indy East is so glad you're a part of the team!

Congratulations to Karla Ralston for her retirement after 36 years with Miller’s Health Systems. Karla began her career with Miller’s at our Rushville facility as a Nurse. She quickly worked her way up to Director of Nursing, and eventually Quality Assurance Nurse. Karla was known famously throughout our company for teaching several CNA and QMA classes for each facility.
